Monika Kumar is the Founder and Principal Lawyer of Mechi Law Professional Corporation. She brings years of dedicated legal experience across a broad range of practice areas including real estate law, probate applications, wills, court filings, notary services, and assisting small businesses throughout Ontario.

Monika earned her Bachelor of Arts from York University in Toronto and completed her LL.B. (Honours) at the University of Sussex in England — gaining an international perspective on law and legal practice. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021 and has since worked extensively in real estate and estate law for over seven years.

Her approach to legal practice is simple but deeply principled: provide honest advice, explain every step clearly, respond quickly, and always keep the client's best interests at the forefront of every decision.
